FOOD TRIVIA: Tootsie Rolls

"Tootsie" rolls, the chewy, chocolate candy log was named by Leo Hirshfield, a U.S. confectioner, who named the candy after his daughter, real name Clara, but who went by the  nickname "Tootsie'.
